When air escapes around an unseated bead, conventional inflation may not establish a seal. The Ranger Vortex RB10L delivers a rapid burst of compressed air into the gap between the tire and wheel to help get the bead seated. Its 10L tank is designed for SUV and light pickup tire service, giving shops a portable bead seater matched to those applications.

The RB10L holds 4L more than the RB6L while adding just 1.1 lbs. of weight. Its 2.6-gallon aluminum-alloy tank keeps the complete bead seater at 9.5 lbs., making the step up in capacity easy to carry between bays. It is the middle-size Vortex model for shops servicing SUVs and light pickups; the 12L RB12L covers the full-size and heavy-duty pickup applications in the range.

A push-button switch releases the tank’s compressed air through a 1.75-inch (44 mm) high-flow exhaust valve. The tapered nozzle directs the burst toward the bead gap, while the nozzle brace rests against the wheel rim for positioning. Front and rear handles provide a two-handed grip during discharge. A protective cover sits over the release switch.

The RB10L’s quick-connect air coupler and inlet valve make filling from your shop’s compressed-air supply straightforward. An onboard gauge lets you monitor tank pressure, while an integrated pressure relief valve provides overpressure protection.
